3D Medivision, Solendos, and Kim Yong-seon(The director of an Bon animal hospital) sign an agreement for minimally invasive education

As a result of the MOU, a laparoscopic seminar was held on November 23... held at Songdo VGTC.

On the 2nd (Wednesday), 3D Medivision, a medical edutech company and servicing VeterFlix, signed an MOU with Solendos Co., Ltd. and Director Kim Yong-seon of Bon Animal Medical Center to operate a minimally invasive surgery practice seminar and develop a veterinary clinical education program signed.

Attending the agreement ceremony on this day were 3D Medivision CEO Kim Ki-jin (left side of photo), Solendos CEO Lee Seon-ho (right side of photo), Bon Animal Medical Center Director Kim Yong-seon (center of photo) and other officials.

Solendos is a manufacturer of medical devices for minimally invasive surgery (MIS), producing various surgical instruments and a bi-directional endoscope camera system. Notably, it is the only domestic company that manufactures laparoscopic CO2 insufflators, which are exported to many overseas clients.

According to the agreement, a minimally invasive surgery seminar using Solendos equipment will be held at 3D Medivision's veterinary education training center VGTC (Veterflix Global Training Center) located in Songdo, Incheon.

VGTC is equipped with an operating room, training room, and conference hall in a space of more than 800㎡. In particular, Wet-Lab practice is possible using legal cadavers approved by the Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC), and the 130-seat conference hall is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities that can broadcast surgeries taking place in the practice room in real time.

The 2nd Small Animal Laparoscopy Practice Seminar (2nd Veterinary Endoscopic One Day Course) will be held on Saturday, November 23 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Director Kim Yong-seon and Park Ji-young of Bon Animal Medical Center will serve as instructors.

The program consisted of ▲understanding of endoscopy equipment and lectures on laparoscopic surgery theory ▲laparoscopic practice 1 (abdominal access and organ exploration, liver and kidney biopsy) ▲laparoscopic practice 2 (oophorectomy, cholecystectomy, adrenalectomy).
