 The Korea International Medical & Hospital Equipment Show, also known as KIMES 2019, will be held at the COEX Exhibition Center from March 14th to 17th 2019.
At the venue, many new technologies and the latest products will be introduced to create new markets as the medical industry is being combined with IT technology in the era of the fourth industrial revolution. The IITS is an annual, international symposium hosted by the Korean Society for Thoracic & Cardiovascular Surgery. This year, at the Grand Salon auditorium, multiple authoritative thoracic surgeons are invited to give lectures around a theme “Personalized Precision Thoracic Surgery for Minimizing Incision, Resection and Dissection”. The Minimizing Wound Section, in particular, will feature the robotic-assisted surgical techniques that provide more precision and minimized incision in the thoracic surgical procedures. Participants will be experiencing the fantastic stereoscopic robotic surgical visualizations in 3D by wearing comfortable, passive glasses as if they were sitting at the robot console in the operating room.
