Practical Course for Animal Hospital Coordinator <Basic> first lecture was a success. Founded in August, the Korea Veterinary Nurses Association (KVNA, Chairman Kim Soo-yeon, left in the photo) signed a business partnership with 3D Medivision Co., Ltd. (CEO Kim Ki-jin, right in the photo), which operates Betterflix, a veterinary professional education service, and started a working-basic seminar on animal hospital coordinator. The seminar, the first official event of the Korea Veterinary Nurses Association, was organized to "improve quality," one of the founding purposes of the KVNA. The Animal Hospital Coordinator Course-Basic Seminar will be held in Seoul every Sunday for a total of four weeks from September 18 (Sun). It covers all the basics of animal hospital CS practice (part 1) and animal hospital administrative practice (part 2). The first seminar held on the 18th (Sunday) confirmed that students had a high academic fever enough to participate in the local area. Organizers and participants of the seminar agreed, "As animal health workers are conducted as a national qualification test, it is necessary to systemize them through professional education to meet their roles and expectations." He then urged attention, saying, "Through education, services in hospitals can be systematized and customer satisfaction can be induced, which can also lead to an increase in animal hospital sales." Kim Soo-yeon, president of the Korea Veterinary Nurses Association, explained the reason for holding the animal hospital coordinator seminar, saying, "In order for animal health workers to gain trust as professionals, they should study harder and generalize and systemize their professional knowledge with all members." He also added, "We will establish long-term goals and strategies together through business partnerships with 3D Medivision Co., Ltd., which has specialized in veterinary education for a long time." The two organizations plan to continue to cooperate in the future, including holding seminars for in-depth courses. Kim Ki-jin, CEO of 3D Medivision Co., Ltd., said, "The partnership with the Korea Associaticcon of Veterinary Nurse Workers is an expansion of a new number of related education markets called animal health worker education," adding, "Based on this, we will plan education more efficiently and systematically and contribute to the development of animal health."
